global stakeholder management ? We are looking for a

Sourcing Lead

to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver impactful procurement outcomes in the FMCG sector.

About the Role As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading

strategic sourcing&procurement programs

for Capex category

Driving

client stakeholder engagement

and ensuring seamless delivery

Achieving key KPIs including

cost savings, timely delivery, and quality execution

Managing sourcing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution

Key Responsibilities

Act as

SME for Capex sourcing , guiding teams and stakeholders

Develop and execute

sourcing strategies, RFX processes, and project charters

Drive

spend optimization, supplier rationalization, and savings delivery

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements

Leverage

market intelligence

to identify risks and opportunities

Manage and mentor

cross-functional and global teams

Qualifications&Experience

Bachelor’s Degree ( Engineering preferred )

5–7 years’ experience

in Capex sourcing&procurement

Strong experience with

global clients/stakeholders

Expertise in

e-sourcing tools

(SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)

Knowledge of

contract management, negotiations&supplier markets

Certification like

CIPS / MCIPS / CPMS

is a plus

Strong analytical skills, including

advanced MS Excel

Key Skills

Strategic sourcing&procurement leadership

RFX management&supplier negotiations

Spend analysis&cost optimization

Project/program management

Market analysis tools (SWOT, Porter’s 5 Forces)
