global stakeholder management ? We are looking for a

Sourcing Lead

to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver impactful procurement outcomes in the FMCG sector.

About the Role:

As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading

strategic sourcing&procurement programs

for Capex category Driving

client stakeholder engagement

and ensuring seamless delivery Achieving key KPIs including

cost savings, timely delivery, and quality execution Managing sourcing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution

Key Responsibilities:

Act as

SME for Capex sourcing , guiding teams and stakeholders Develop and execute

sourcing strategies, RFX processes, and project charters Lead

supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation&contract management Drive

spend optimization, supplier rationalization, and savings delivery Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements Leverage

market intelligence

to identify risks and opportunities Manage and mentor

cross-functional and global teams

Qualifications&Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree ( Engineering preferred ) 5–7 years’ experience

in Capex sourcing&procurement Strong experience with

global clients/stakeholders Expertise in

e-sourcing tools

(SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.) Knowledge of

contract management, negotiations&supplier markets Certification like

CIPS / MCIPS / CPMS

is a plus Strong analytical skills, including

advanced MS Excel
