Main responsibilities

Manage multiple projects,

ensuring they contribute to the overall product and service development roadmaps and company objectives. Engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners

to define clear project objectives and ensure alignment with technical and business priorities. Coordinate cross-functional teams

to drive the development, integration, and validation of ISR and SSA technologies, spanning both software and hardware. Define and implement project plans , including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful execution. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and drive timely delivery

of high-quality solutions. Requirements

Master\'s degree preferably in a technical field , or equivalent experience in managing complex technical projects. At least

7 years of project management experience , preferably in the Defence sector, leading multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes in a high-tech domain. Strong communication and leadership skills , with the ability to navigate government, Defence, and industry partnerships. Affinity for working in the

Defence sector , with the ability to

obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances

(required). Fluency in

English

and
