customer service or sales experience , preferably within

luxury or premium brands .

⚠️ For the Dutch role, candidates must be located in Barcelona for the training period.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional

customer experience support

for a premium automotive brand.

Handle

customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels .

Provide

product information and assistance

related to vehicles and services.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining

high service quality standards .

Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure

customer satisfaction and loyalty .

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish

(depending on the role).

Good level of

English

for internal communication.

Previous experience in

customer service or sales .

Experience within

luxury, premium, or automotive brands

is highly preferred.

Strong

communication and problem-solving skills .

Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Monday– Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
