Boost your brewing! Your key responsibilities

Own and lead the Brewing Application Laboratory, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.

Perform standard beer analyses in response to service requests for ongoing business, ensuring high data quality, robustness, and full traceability.

Perform lab‑scale brewing trials to support application and innovation projects, with a focus on enzyme performance throughout the brewing process.

Manage chemical and enzyme inventories, including stock control, storage compliance, and replenishment planning; manage ordering and inventory of laboratory equipment; ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and timely repair of existing instruments.

Expand and strengthen laboratory capabilities by maintaining/optimizing existing analytical methods, developing new methods when necessary.

Be the safety SPOC for the Brewing Application Laboratory in Delft, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards.
