Associate Analytics Manager and Sales Enablement, Delft

The Associate Analytics Manager and Sales Enablement organizes complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and communicates these findings effectively to stakeholders. This new role is critical to rebuild our commercial dashboarding and customer performance systems across our Direct and Indirect geographies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, sales processes, and technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving data‑informed decision‑making across sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions. You will be responsible for developing and delivering actionable insights, managing commercial data systems, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimize performance across the region. The role may be based in Switzerland or at one of our locations in St Priest (France) or Rozzano (Italy), with a requirement of three days per week on‑site.

Responsibilities Customer Insights

Gather large and complex datasets from multiple sources, internal such as sales, margins, CRM activities, marketing, professional education, capital investment, supply chain and external such as clinical publications, congress attendance, hospital specialties.

Analyze data to understand trends, potential and market dynamics from global to customer level to generate actionable insights.

Develop and deliver insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic and operational decisions.

Reporting and Metrics

Develop and maintain customer‑level reporting based on leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs).

Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the end‑to‑end lead funnel.

Measure the effectiveness of sales efforts at customer level.

Business Reviews

Engage management on deep dives to improve the execution of the sales&marketing strategies.

Educate Sales&Marketing management on how to interpret data and make insights‑based decisions and action plans.

Process Optimization

Participate in identifying and following up on sales and marketing process optimization.

Collaboration

Provide guidance and support to sales teams in leveraging data and automation tools to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of experience. Experience in a business analytics role in Medtech or Pharma industry is a requirement.

Fluent in English.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Power and CRM analytics) is a must. Exposure to ERP systems and CRM platforms (SFDC).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence business decisions based on data‑driven insights.

Ability to collaborate internationally and cross‑functionally with the sales team and empower them to use the analytics tool to evaluate their performance and identify growth opportunities.

Familiarity with commercial operational processes.

Experience in multi‑country analytics and reporting.
