As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. Also, you will be maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.Additionally, you will be conducting research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries. Qualifications
Near Native level of Azerbaijani, both written and verbal Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer service or a related field Customer-oriented attitude Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications) Proficiency in using CRM systems High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work both on your own and within a team High school education Benefits
Fulltime role with working shifts between 10:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday Competitive salary of 1,789.53 Euro Gross with monthly performance-based bonuses Convenient office location, close to bus stations and the metro Comprehensive initial training and onboarding (fully paid by us)Continuous training and upskilling programs through Concentrix University Professional Development and Career Navigation programs to map out the steps in your desired development Health and Wellbeing initiatives Relocation support if needed (accommodation and travel expenses) Part of the additional benefits are Health and Life Insurance, Multisport card, Transport allowance, Bonus for important life events, Additional paid leave for education, Corporate discounts, Company events and many more!Concentrix Bulgaria is an equal-opportunity employer.
