Interim– Group Product Manager AI, Delft

In this role, you will be a Group Product Manager on an interim basis during maternity leave, who can operate at both strategic and execution level, and who is comfortable stepping into an existing organization and quickly creating momentum.

Own the product narrative end-to-end : translate AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for customers, internal teams, and the market. You know how to turn ambiguity into a strong, simple story.

Drive alignment at scale : bring multiple product teams, stakeholders, and leadership together around a shared direction, priorities, and launch plan.

Initiate and lead big bets : identify and kick off large, high-impact initiatives, define success clearly, and push them forward decisively.

Be decisive and pragmatic : make informed trade-offs, move forward with incomplete information, and keep teams focused on outcomes rather than perfection.

Lead go-to-market execution : partner closely with marketing, sales, and enablement to design and launch a large GTM motion, ensuring readiness, clarity, and adoption.

Provide strong interim leadership : offer stability, direction, and confidence during the maternity cover period, while keeping long-term product strategy intact.

Managing up : distil complex product strategy, progress, and trade-offs into clear executive narratives, acting as a trusted sparring partner for senior leadership.

Are you our new Group Product Manager? You are a seasoned product leader who knows how to successfully bring products to market and drive meaningful change. You have strong experience in a B2B SaaS environment and are comfortable operating in complex, multi-team setups.

Success in this role is less about deep AI expertise and more about

product leadership, positioning, execution power, and the ability to mobilize an organization around a bold launch . We’re not focused on a specific number of years of experience; what matters is your track record in building, launching, and evolving products, and your ability to introduce and drive change effectively.

This role is ideally based in Delft, the Netherlands (hybrid). Europe-based remote candidates will be considered, with the expectation of bi-weekly in-person presence in Delft.

10 to Grow Devote 10% of your working time and a budget equivalent to 10% of your gross annual salary to personal development.
