Overview Join us to drive the digital and operational transformation of our Legal, Risk&Compliance (LRC) function. In this role, you’ll lead key initiatives in CLM, GenAI for Legal, and legal technology projects, enabling smarter processes, better data, and seamless collaboration across teams worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CLM, GenAI, and broader legal tech projects

Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization

Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements

Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption

Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption

Your Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations

Hands‑on expertise with CLM, legal technology, workflow automation, or GenAI

Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives

Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions

A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities
