Production Planner (m/f/d) 5 days ONSITE Delft

Role Overview Reporting into the Sr Manager Global Supply Chain, you will develop and manage production plans to ensure on‑time delivery (OTD), optimize inventory, and respond to customer demand. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement through the application of Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Delft (Monday to Friday).

Typical day

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure effective execution of plans and smooth communication of production orders.

Monitor KPIs and production performance, identify risks and take proactive actions to avoid delays.

Apply data‑driven and structured problem‑solving to analyze issues, identify root causes, and improve planning processes.

Drive continuous improvement by stabilizing processes, supporting automation, and increasing the use of planning systems and data.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in production planning.

Initial experience in a production planning/manufacturing environment.

Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience working with planning tools and basic analytical methods (e.g., ABC classification, 80/20 analysis).

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); advanced features like macros are a plus but not required.
