You ensure that everything—from kick-off to delivery—is executed professionally, meticulously, and with impact. You are the one who maintains oversight, makes decisive calls, and inspires teams to achieve the best results. Your responsibilities: - Monitoring progress, quality, and margins across diverse projects, with afocus on achieving optimal results; - Leading regular progress meetings with project teams and partners to keep everyone aligned on goals and actions; - Ensuring smooth collaboration between all relevant departments and functions within the organization; - Determining the required resources and materials to execute projects successfully—ranging from technical expertise and engineering to installation, instruction, and project preparation; - Working in compliance with all relevant safety, health, and welfare regulations (including ARBO and VCA) and contributing to a safe work environment foreveryone.What we expect from youA completed bachelor's degree, preferably in business economics, forms the foundation, supplemented with relevant professional certifications such as IPMA or ITIL.
