Project Manager

role offers the opportunity to sit at the centre of highly complex R&D programmes, working across hardware, firmware and software teams to turn advanced technology into structured, deliverable products. You’ll play a key role in bringing clarity to fast-moving development environments, ensuring teams stay aligned, focused and moving forward.

Our client is a fast-growing deep-tech company developing advanced electronic systems at the forefront of next-generation computing. Their teams span multiple engineering domains, and as complexity increases, they are looking for someone who can connect these areas and bring structure to delivery without slowing innovation.

As the Project Manager

, you’ll work closely with technical experts to define priorities, manage dependencies and ensure projects progress in a clear and controlled way. This is a hands‑on coordination role where strong communication and ownership are essential.

Responsibilities include

Coordinating cross‑functional projects across hardware, firmware and software development

Managing timelines, dependencies and risks across multiple engineering workstreams

Driving clarity in requirements, ensuring teams are aligned on deliverables and priorities

Leading sprint cycles, managing project tools and maintaining momentum across teams

Identifying gaps, blockers or inefficiencies and resolving them proactively

Supporting external partners and ensuring deliverables are met

What you’ll bring

Experience managing complex technical projects, ideally within hardware or deep‑tech environments

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts

Confidence working with engineering teams across different technical disciplines

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

Clear, open communication style with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

STEM or technical background preferred, or equivalent experience
