Job Title: Warehouse Solutions Manager, Delft Department Solution Group Time Type: Full time Role Summary

Lead the EU/CIS WMS team to design, implement and continuously improve the Cello WMS and SAP WMS solutions and warehouse‑processes, acting as the key liaison between European operations and the Korean development group. Drive strategic projects, ensure solution quality, and mentor SMEs to meet and exceed operational requirements across all sites.Key Responsibilities

Lead the EU/CIS WMS team to design, implement and continuously improve the Cello WMS and SAP WMS solutions and warehouse‑processes, acting as the key liaison between European operations and the Korean development group. Drive strategic projects, ensure solution quality, and mentor SMEs to meet and exceed operational requirements across all sites.Lead RHQ EU/CIS WMS team of 4 WMS Subject Matter Experts. Set targets for SMEs and provide guidance in day‑to‑day support for small changes and large‑scale projects. Guarantee the solution quality and accuracy provided by SMEs. Align WMS development and support structures with operational requirements.Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams: Operations, IT, Customers. Support innovation projects across existing SDS warehouses in Europe and CIS, focusing on both warehouse processes and WMS enhancements. Lead warehouse‑process design, WMS architecture, fit‑out planning, and resource forecasting for new businessinitiatives.Support rollout of the in‑house Cello WMS initiatives to new sites. Create and design robust and technically feasible logistics concepts for new business in warehousing. Continuously improve the Cello WMS for existing SDS locations. Interface between local warehouse operations teams in Europe and the development team in Korea.Monitor market trends, new processes, and emerging IT systems to maintain up‑to‑date expertise. Requirements

Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in logistics engineering (warehouse layout and process design) and/or data analysis; 3+ years experience in a LSP environment and relevant role. Experience with team management. Experience in day‑to‑day warehouse operations.Proven hands‑on experience with WMS platforms (minimum: super‑user/key‑user level). Conceptual and analytical thinker with perseverance to finish what you start. Hands‑on mentality, eager to take initiative, start new opportunities and deliver targets. Fluent English (both written and spoken).Good MS Office skills.
