Team Leader High Tech– Eemshaven Do you enjoy leading teams in a high‑tech logistics environment where precision, safety and teamwork are key? At Eemshaven you will help build a future‑proof operation at one of DSV’s most innovative contract logistics sites.

What you’ll do

Provide daily direction to your team and ensure processes run safely, efficiently and in line with the highest quality standards.

Lead, coach and motivate your team in a high‑tech logistics environment.

Coordinate and control logistics processes in line with strict safety, quality and data‑center procedures.

Drive performance on KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs and 5S and identify bottlenecks.

Initiate and support continuous improvement together with the supervisor and other departments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a team leader, supervisor or coordinator in logistics or production.

Affinity with high‑tech environments, hardware and working according to strict procedures.

Strong organizational skills and natural leadership capabilities.

Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
