GEA Group– Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands Join the HRT Academy as an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people about heating and refrigeration technologies. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. Responsibilities

Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements, for GEA internal employees as well as for customers Produce training schedules and classroom agenda Determine course content, according to objectives, in relation to heating and refrigeration aspects (mechanical, electrical, automation, processes, safety, technologies, software tools and business/sales aspects) and including the definition of:Target groups (identification of the roles to which the training is addressed) and prerequisites for access Learning targets (learning/tasks that are expected to be known after the training) Storyboard/agenda of the training with definition of necessary modules/chapters/topics to be explained Training material and methodology for each topic, including script for the spoken part and explanation for the interactive or practical partDocuments and material necessary to hand over pre/post training Evaluation points (what would need to be evaluated after the training to improve it) Evaluation test (where applicable) Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.) Execute live training sessions both face to face and webinars/video, facilitate workshops or exercises in groups or individuallyArrange for and conduct on-site training when needed Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. Observe and evaluate results of training programs Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements Qualifications

Degree in an industrial refrigeration technical field or similar Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset Several years of experience in the technical field of industrial refrigeration Experience as trainer is preferable Knowledge of modern training techniques and toolsExperience in designing course content Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) Knowledge of digital learning platforms would be preferred Fluent in English, additional languages would be preferred Skills&Competencies
