Physical&Mental Agility: You are comfortable with manual handling (standing position/rack installation) and can manage multiple tasks with a proactive approach.

What will you do Your Mission: Drive Excellence in Rack Integration. As our Rack Integration Engineer, you are the technical heartbeat of our production floor. You don't just follow the process; you master, improve, and lead it.

Your key responsibilities:

Optimize&Maintain: Analyze production data to implement continuous improvement initiatives. You ensure all machinery is calibrated and maintained to minimize downtime.

Analyze&Report: Maintain accurate records of performance and output, providing management with insightful daily and weekly reports.

Resource Management: Keep production moving by monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, preventing any disruptions.

Collaborative Leadership: Support the manager in coordinating the team, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of environmental sustainability.
