About the role We’re looking for a Financial Administrator to join L’s Finance team in Den Bosch. In this role, you will be part of the Accounts Payable team and focus on processing purchase invoices for multiple Dutch legal entities. You will work closely with your colleague Financial Administrator, while collaborating with Group, Financial and Business Control.
This role offers a strong mix of structure and variation. You will work across different entities (purchasing, operational and holding entities), each with its own administrative logic and systems. Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to switch between processes are key to being successful in this position.
Key responsibilities
Processing incoming purchase invoices accurately and on time for multiple Dutch legal entities
Allocating costs correctly to cost centres where automation is not always available
Monitoring and following up on invoice approval flows
Processing bank transactions and credit card statements
Preparing and executing payment batches
Handling correspondence with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding accounts payable questions
Maintaining and updating supplier master data
Supporting intercompany administration and reconciliations
Assisting with audit documentation and periodic clean-up activities
What you bring
MBO level 4 work and thinking level in finance or administration
At least 2 years of experience in a similar financial administration or accounts payable role
Experience working with ERP systems; accounts payable experience is a strong plus
Good command of Dutch and sufficient English skills for reading and processing invoices
A high level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail
A practical, hands‑on mindset: first think, then act – and ask when in doubt
Availability for 32–40 hours per week
