We are looking for an HR Specialist to expand our HR Processes&Administration team located in‘s-Hertogenbosch to join us full-time. As a People Administration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting our employees in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, from personnel administration and data managementto advising employees and managers. With your keen eye for detail and proactive approach, you’ll help shape a seamless employee experience in our growing organization.

Role Description&Responsibilities
Manage and optimize HR processes such as onboarding, contract administration, and personnel records
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related topics
Maintain and monitor HR data in our internal system and time management tool, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and update key reports, prioritizing data quality and compliance
Take ownership of HR projects
Collaborate with European and UK HR teams on cross-functional initiatives
Participate in payroll activities when needed—don’t worry, we’ll provide training if required!
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR experience in an international environment (i.e., an apprenticeship or internship in HR, previous hands‑on experience in a similar role or degree in the same field)
Knowledge of labor market regulations in the Netherlands and Belgium is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as valuable!
Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to actively listen and to ask relevant process‑related questions
Keen interest in all cross‑interface processes to ensure efficient workflows, curiosity and proactivity
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Fluency in English and Dutch languages, both written and spoken
