At Tulip Tech, we are scaling fast. Multiple projects are running in parallel across R&D, production, and commercial teams. Without structure, things slow down or break. The Project Manager who joins us owns that layer: making sure work flows, priorities are clear, and teams are not blocked. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. But execution and alignment across the system is yours.What You Will Own

Define and drive project structure from day one: translate company priorities into clear plans before execution starts Own timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple projects: keep things moving and visible Identify and remove bottlenecks early: unblock teams before issues escalate Align stakeholders across R&D, Production, Sales, and Finance: ensure decisions are made and followed through Implement and improve workflows (PLCM / Jira): create structure that supports speed, not slows it down Drive a“test early” mindset: challenge assumptions and reduce late-stage surprises Translate strategy into execution: break down high-level goals into actionable milestonesMaintain transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs: no surprises, no hidden delays Work closely with the CTO on priorities: ensure execution stays aligned with technical direction Support customer alignment with Product: make sure we are building the right things, not just building fast Job Requirements

5+ years in project or program management in a technical environment Experience working across engineering, production, and business teams Strong ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just coordination Hands-on and pragmatic: you fix problems, not escalate them endlessly Experience with scaling processes and tooling (e.g. Jira, PLCM)Clear communicator: able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders What we offer
