In the coming years, we expect to grow as we continue to expand our software suite.The RoleWe’re looking for a React Native Developer to strengthen our development team. You’ll work on our iOS and Android apps, which bring BCS Connect to thousands of employees daily. Our apps need to be fast, reliable, and user-friendly, even for people who aren’t technical experts.As part of our product team, you’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features that connect people, surface knowledge, and support HR and communications strategies across organizations.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain our React Native mobile apps (iOS&Android);Implement new features that improve communication and collaboration for our customers;Ensure seamless integration with our backend and third-party tools (HRMS, MS/Google Workplace, SSO);Optimize performance for users in complex organizations, with special attention to accessibility and simplicity;Work in a cross-functional, agile team— from concept to release;Contribute ideas to improve user experience and mobile-first design;Help set up best practices for testing, code review, and release management for mobile;Mentor frontend teammates who want to contribute to the mobile app.Who You Are4+ years of professional experience with React Native;Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile app architecture;Familiarity with iOS and Android build pipelines. We use Expo;Experience with Expo EAS, OTA updates, and managing app store releases;Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, or similar state management;Experience monitoring crashes and performance (we use Sentry);Confident making UX decisions;Passion for creating simple, intuitive user experiences;You like working in a team, but you’re comfortable taking ownership of your code.
