Supermicro BV seeks a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sr. Sales team with customer order management. The Specialist will serve as a liaison between functions, provide product information to clients, maintain sales accounts, and handle daily sales order processing and data entry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain sales accounts and provide technical and administrative product information. Perform daily clerical tasks including typing correspondence and data entry of quotations and documents. Monitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers, and coordinate with purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments.Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments. Assist with intra‑company project coordination between sales and non‑sales departments. Communicate directly with clients regarding order status, facilitate credit issues, and negotiate returns. Develop superior customer‑service relationships with prospects.Produce daily reports for clients. Provide backup support for the supervisor and team members. Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor. Qualifications
High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in the tech industry preferred. Experience in data entry, scheduling production, and tracking orders. Strong professional communication skills, including phone, written/e‑mail, and presentation. Experience in customer service with direct client interaction and problem‑solving skills.Strong computer skills with Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills. EEO Statement
