Overview To guide and influence customers in the early stages of their digital transformation journey for a world-class engagement experience. This role focuses on expanding SAP’s footprint and maximizing impact through strategic focus, adoption of digital tools, and leveraging the digital team.

What you’ll build

Identify and prioritize outbound target accounts; research accounts, stakeholders, and business initiatives.

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple channels.

Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for SSEs.

Multithread into enterprise accounts to expand engagement.

Collaborate with SSEs on account strategy and territory planning.

Track activity and pipeline progression in SAP CRM.

Use AI insights and account intelligence to improve prospecting efficiency.

Attend enablement sessions, coaching, and pipeline reviews.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or customer‑facing roles.

Proficiency in Dutch, English and French.

Experience working with enterprise or mid‑market accounts.

SaaS or technology industry exposure.

Experience hitting outreach, meeting, or pipeline generation targets.

Strong communication and prospecting skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Ability to multithread into enterprise accounts and engage multiple stakeholders.

Commercial mindset with strong outbound hunting capabilities.

Curious, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Good organizational and time‑management skills.

Basic understanding of business transformation, ERP, cloud, and AI trends.

Strong collaboration with SSEs, Marketing, and Regional Leadership.

Detail orientation and customer focus.
