We’re looking for
German-, Dutch-, or Danish-speaking professionals
to manage and grow relationships with high-potential clients. In this role, you’ll empower businesses to strengthen their online presence, optimize performance, and achieve measurable results through data-driven advertising strategies.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of business clients
onboard new accounts and provide ongoing support as their trusted digital marketing advisor.
Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns
to drive maximum ROI and performance improvements.
Conduct proactive outreach and consultations
to understand client objectives and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
Foster strong client relationships , ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
Analyze campaign data
to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for growth.
Maintain accurate records
and ensure timely, professional client follow-up.
Your Profile
Fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish , with strong English communication skills.
Bachelors degree
(Masters in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus).
2+ years of experience
in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
Solid understanding
of online advertising and performance marketing (PPC, SEM, social media ads, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset , with strong problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and organized , comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
Full-time hybrid role
in Barcelona (39 hours/week).
Competitive compensation : 24,310 gross/year + up to 4,290 gross/year in bonuses.
