Responsibilities

Combining project‑based responsibilities with day‑to‑day operational recruitment tasks. Being the first point of contact for all recruitment‑related questions. Pre‑selecting and interviewing candidate experts for our Food theme and supporting the other recruiters during peak periods. Working with the (Senior) Corporate Recruiter on recruitment projects such as the migration to Recruitee, employer branding, recruitment strategy, and recruitment data analysis.

Qualifications

An interim recruitment professional with over 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. A proactive, hands‑on, and strategic thinker with strong communication and organisational skills. Experience with Recruitee/Talent (or a similar ATS), project management, and end‑to‑end operational recruitment.Excellent command of English and Dutch. Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft.

Offer

Freelance contract, preferably starting immediately, for a period of 3 months, with hourly rate to be agreed. Commitment of at least 32 hours per week and availability at short notice.
