Overview
We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic colleague to join our team. We're seeking an administrative whiz in HR. We offer a fun, challenging role with a wide variety of tasks. You\'ll ensure that all HR matters are properly managed and secured, contributing to our employees\' happiness in various ways.Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding of new employees. Handle recruitment and selection, write profiles for the website and internally, and manage the recruitment, promotion, and termination of employees. Collect monthly changes and collaborate with colleagues in auditing and payroll. Ensure everyone receives their salaries.Report employees who are sick to the relevant agencies. Organize parties, handle administrative registrations and deregistrations, and advise employees on maternity leave. Contribute ideas for improvements and support various HR projects. Work together to ensure employee satisfaction. Location and Work Type
Location: The Hague, hybrid working possible Type of employment: Part-time Hours: 24 per week Scale 45-50 depending on experience (CAO GGZ) Initially a temporary contract with the intention to extend it What we ask
You have strong administrative skills and work systematically and meticulously. You are analytical, social and observant. You are good at prioritizing. You are proactive, identify bottlenecks and look for the right creative solution. You have a service-providing and supportive attitude. We in HR support the team.You are by nature an independent worker who also functions well within the team. You express yourself well in Dutch and English, both written and oral. We further ask
Minimum MBO work and thinking level, HRM study Number of years of relevant work experience as an HR employee At least 3 years of experience in mental health care Experience working within an HR system Very excited to start working with us! Application
