Role HR Advisor - Total Rewards

Key Responsibilities
Develop annual salary program, including budget development and calculations.
Develop and maintain variable pay programs.
Conduct external total rewards benchmarking studies and analyses.
Ensure compliance with Pay Transparency and other legislative requirements.
Conduct analysis to ensure the attractiveness and sustainability of Total Rewards programs.
Conduct analysis to ensure internal equity is maintained.
Develop and maintain attractive Benefits and HR Policies.
Candidate Profile
Deep knowledge and experience in the area of Compensation benchmarking and design.
Good knowledge and experience of Benefits and HR Policy management.
Good understanding of job evaluation methodology.
Good understanding of Total Rewards requirements and employment legislation in The Netherlands, UK and France is required; Italy and Malaysia is preferred.
Experience in Total Rewards design with an employee life-cycle lens and multi-generation workforce.
Up to date on the latest trends in Total Rewards.
Understanding of labor costs calculations, budgeting and project management.
Education, Skills&Qualifications
Certifications related to Total Rewards preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with relevant tools.
Excellent consultancy skills towards management and employees.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Collaborative and co-creation approach.
Result oriented, with an eye for results.
