This is what you do as a Portfolio Administration and On-Boarding Analyst.As a Portfolio Administration and On-Boarding Analyst, you will work with clients and client supporting teams to ensure the smooth and timely onboarding&maintenance of all new clients and portfolios and the control and seamless implementation of all changes to existing portfolios, including new product launches. You will support the successful running of our Fiduciary business providing operational support to internal Investment and Client Management teams.You will be responsible for supporting the timely set-up of custody and commercial bank accounts and support the review of eligible markets. You will support the ongoing relationship with the Fund Depositary. You will ensure that all system configuration relating to client, fund, and broker onboarding is accurately maintained within our end-to-end portfolio management system (Aladdin Enterprise).

This is your future position because you: Have knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end operational process required to onboard new products and clients. Understand portfolio management systems (knowledge of Aladdin Enterprise beneficial). Have an understanding of the account opening process (custody and commercial banking).Have experience and knowledge of working for a Fiduciary Manager (desirable). Demonstrate accountability and are results-oriented. Have strong communication skills and are experienced in working in a diverse and global team. Have over 3 years of relevant work experience in the field. Have good written and oral skills in both English and Dutch.Have a good sense of humor. Who will be your new colleagues? The team consists of 13 professionals with different backgrounds and expertise.
