Overview Do you want to strengthen NN's employer brand and shape how talent experiences NN? As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist within the HR Talent Acquisition team, you play a key role in building a future-ready candidate experience and making recruitment marketing more data-driven. Your work has direct impact on how we attract and engage talent internationally.
Your impact at NN: what you will do
As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you translate insights about your target audiences into relevant and effective recruitment marketing. You bring NN's Employee Value Proposition to life and help candidates understand what it is like to work at NN, with a strong focus on tech, data and digital profiles. Your work directly improves how we attract and engage talent across NN.
Key responsibilities
Employer Brand Activation&Candidate Journey
You design and continuously improve a personalised, engaging and tech-driven candidate journey. Through targeted campaigns and content, you position NN as an innovative employer and help candidates understand what it is like to work here. You:
Develop and run target-group campaigns that showcase NN's tech, data and digital expertise
Create authentic storytelling content—includ ing videos, blogs, and employee stories—that brings our Employer Brand to life
Organise and support events that strengthen NN's visibility and employer brand
Manage and improve the career website experience, optimising content, structure and performance to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Strengthening Global Talent Acquisition You help build and strengthen NN's global talent acquisition community. By collaborating closely with colleagues across countries, you turn local successes into scalable best practices. You contribute to shared standards, frameworks and ways of working that help our international teams recruit more effectively while reinforcing a unified NN employer brand.
Data, insights&optimisation You enable data-driven recruitment marketing. By analysing campaigns, channels and career websites, you help teams make better decisions and continuously improve results. You:
Monitor and optimise KPIs and conversion rates using dashboards and analytics
Perform (and interpret) career website and campaign audits
Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and actions
As you can see, this role includes a broad variety of responsibilities. You're not expected to do everything at once. It is important that you bring knowledge and experience across these areas. You regularly align with your team and stakeholders on priorities. Together, you decide where your focus lies and which projects or themes are most relevant at that moment, ensuring clarity, focus and impact.
Who you will work with You will join the HR Talent Acquisition team and work closely with the Employer Branding Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and other HR stakeholders. You collaborate internationally with colleagues from different countries to share knowledge, improve processes and raise the overall quality of recruitment marketing at NN.

Who you are You are an experienced recruitment marketing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, content and data. You take ownership, collaborate easily with different stakeholders and feel comfortable working in an international, evolving environment.
You bring:
+5 years of experience in recruitment marketing and/or employer branding within a large or complex organisation
A good understanding of the candidate journey and how content and channels influence decision-making
Confidence in working with data and insights to improve recruitment marketing outcomes
The ability to clearly present ideas, insights and results to colleagues and stakeholders
A collaborative mindset, while keeping the candidate perspective front and centre
Clear communication skills in both Dutch and English
