to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Contributing to the design, engineering, and implementation of on-premises Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions, including Multi-Domain Active Directory with PKI and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) - Providing subject matter expertise in the development of new Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions- Maintaining the digital infrastructure environment, including Active Directory GPO maintenance, end-user computing image creation, and application deployment and maintenance - Managing and resolving Microsoft Enterprise Application incident tickets in a 3rd-line support capacity - Troubleshooting and investigating application errors, malfunctions, and related technical issues
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University degree and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Enterprise Applications Operations - Strong knowledge of Windows 11 end-user computing environments - Experience with ITSM frameworks, with ITIL Foundation certification considered an advantage - Familiarity with Configuration Manager, endpoint security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, and SCCM- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support continuous service improvement - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and communicate fluently in English
