Marketing Automation Lead
to own our marketing technology stack and campaign operations during a 12-month maternity cover.
Are you building automated journeys, optimising lead flows, and making sure the right message reaches the right person at the right time? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally, connecting the dots between content, demand gen, and sales? At Cenosco, you'll join our Revenue Growth team and take ownership of the automation and digital infrastructure that keeps our pipeline moving.

The role starts as a 12-month cover with the potential to grow into a permanent position for the right person.
What You'll Do
Own and manage the marketing automation platform. Build, optimise, and maintain workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring models
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms, tailored to key markets (Europe, APAC, North America)
Manage and continuously improve the lead lifecycle—from acquisition through nurture to sales handoff—ensuring efficient, well-timed communication throughout
Analyse campaign and funnel performance: track KPIs, run A/B tests, interpret data, and translate findings into clear recommendations
Maintain and improve audience segmentation and ICP targeting across markets
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed and aligned with broader GTM priorities
Support product marketing activities; help excite existing users about new features and releases through targeted in-tool messaging, email, and social
Coordinate with external agencies where needed and keep the marketing tech stack clean, connected, and performing
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration
Proven experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (search, display, video)
Strong analytical skills (comfortable with KPI/OKR frameworks, performance reporting, and data-driven optimisation)
Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-starting mindset. You can pick up context quickly, work independently, and deliver without heavy oversight
Available to start quickly and commit to a 12-month engagement
Bonus Points For
Experience in Oil&Gas, Chemical, or industrial SaaS markets
Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and retargeting strategies
Experience coordinating or briefing external agencies
Strong portfolio of automated nurture programmes or paid campaign results
