Electrical Production Supervisor, shipbuilding, The Hague

We are looking for an

Electrical Production Supervisor

with experience in the shipbuilding/maritime industry, to lead and coordinate a team of electricians and commissioning engineers on large-scale maritime projects.

As an

Electrical Production Supervisor , you will be the main point of contact on board and lead a team of lead electricians, electricians, and subcontractors. You will ensure structure, safety, and progress, making sure work is completed according to schedule and within budgeted hours.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate work based on drawings and project schedules

Monitor progress, safety, quality, and priorities on the work floor

Communicate regularly with colleagues, engineers, commissioning specialists, clients, and suppliers

Motivate and guide the team, fostering a positive work environment

Oversee personnel matters, including scheduling, mentoring, and team development

Who are you You have extensive experience in the maritime sector, know how to keep a team on track, and balance independent work with teamwork. You are motivated to grow your team and help them develop professionally.

Requirements / Qualifications

MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience as lead electrician or chief electrician in a maritime environment

Independent work style and strong organizational skills

Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Customer-focused with strong quality and safety awareness
