Field Trainer Digital (6 months contract), The Hague

Job Purpose The Field Trainer Digital will be responsible for consulting and implementing all types of digital workflows and solutions for Straumann customers. You will work closely with sales and digital support to empower teams to maximize the potential of digital technologies. You will organize trainings, demonstrations and give lectures. The working area is Netherlands with the focus on Flanders. The products you work with are surgical planning and communication software solutions, 3D printing, 3D scan technology and various CadCam solutions. You will report to the Manager Field Training Benelux.

Responsibilities

Implement solutions with customers, taking ownership for the installation and training after the digital solution is sold.

Organize and deliver training for customers and internal people.

Consult sales during complex sales processes to optimize customers’ digital workflow.

Give commercial demos of digital products to customers.

Provide customer support after implementation to optimize usage of the new workflow.

Generate leads and new business opportunities by identifying customers’ needs and following up with sales or the customer network.

Skills

Scheduling and planning: organize training sessions, manage time effectively, and ensure learning objectives are met within the set timeframe.

Task prioritization: balance multiple projects and training programs while ensuring consistent delivery.

Clear communication: explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner, particularly in digital formats (videos, written content, etc.).

Virtual presentation skills: deliver engaging and effective presentations in online settings, maintaining audience interaction and focus.

Digital tools: knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other software to facilitate virtual training sessions.

Language requirements: Dutch&English.

Driver’s license B.

Education&Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or dentistry.

8+ years of relevant working experience in the dental industry or medical profession.

Experience in training&education, one‑on‑one or group trainings, demonstrating products and explaining workflows.

Experience working with digital equipment or software solutions or services.

Experience working with customers or patients.
