Is organizing truly your passion? We are looking for a Meeting&Event Coordinator to strengthen our team at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade&Leonardo Hotel Den Haag Babylon! What does your day as a Meeting&Events Coordinator look like?

As a Meeting&Events Coordinator, you work together with the team on organizing and planning groups and events for Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade&Leonardo Hotel Babylon. This includes meetings, conferences, dinners, and various other events. A few responsibilities:

Maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction by responding quickly and adequately to requests, converting inquiries, and delivering successful events. Demonstrating commercial insight and strategically executing group and event pricing and planning. Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal departments regarding agreements and event execution.Managing meetings and events from A to Z. Handling contracts correctly, ensuring deposits are secured, and being jointly responsible for accurate invoicing. Coordinating menu arrangements for clients that maximize revenue potential for the hotel while meeting the client’s needs. What makes you a great addition to our team

At least 1 year of experience in Event Management. Bachelor-level working and thinking capability (HBO) and preferably a hospitality-related education (Hotel Management School, Facility Management, NHTV). Experience with both social and corporate events; experience with hybrid events is a strong plus.Experience with Opera Sales&Catering. Strong command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. A creative and positive mindset, and you don’t take “no” for an answer. Professional, service-oriented, and a true team player. Strong communication skills and the ability to build new connections easily.Ability to think strategically, strong numerical insight, and capable of taking the lead. Own means of transportation.
