Customer Service Agent - Chemical Industry | Leiden | Salary up to 2930€ per month Join a major Chemical and Water Treatment's company as a Customer Service Agent in Leiden.

What You Will Do:

Handle approx. 60 inbound calls per day;

Handle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner;

Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, company representatives, tools and dispensing systems;

Process orders, literature requests, and applications information to our customers;

Proficiency to assist customers and field staff with issues;

up to 2930€ per month

Contract:

Initial 4-6 months temporary contract via Gi Life Sciences Recruitment

Work Schedule:

28h - 40h

Work Model:

Hybrid, up to 2 days work from home.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school qualifications or equivalent;

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook);

Experience using Customer Service software (preferred);

Works independently in a fast-paced environment;

Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;

Highly dependable team player;

Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time;

SAP knowledge;
