Job Overview Amazon is investing in generative AI and the responsible development and deployment of large language models (LLMs). Join us as a Machine Learning Data Associate (MLDA) to undertake foundational labeling functions such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

Key Job Responsibilities

Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is Amazon’s most important tenet.

Work with a range of data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.

Deliver high‑quality labeled data using guidelines and in‑house tools to meet KPIs.

Generate high quality human insight data across modalities such as text, image, video, and audio.

Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.

Pay close attention to detail and pivot quickly between categories of requirements.

Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types.

Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.

Identify day‑to‑day process and operational issues in SOPs, tools, and suggest changes to unblock operations.

Provide floor support and clarify internal queries during execution as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Associate’s degree or related work experience.

Proficiency in Dutch (CEFR C1+). Fluent in English (CEFR C1+).

Strong business writing skills and ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.

Advanced reading comprehension and ability to analyze complex business documents.

Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving capabilities.

Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.

Proficient research skills and experience synthesizing information from multiple sources.

Attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience with task execution ability.

Experience leveraging open‑source resources for research.

Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and changing circumstances.

Project coordination or management experience (support functions).Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
