An innovative semiconductor technology company developing advanced precision timing solutions is seeking a Senior MEMS Development Engineer to join its growing R&D team. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge MEMS resonator technology that powers next-generation electronic systems across high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop MEMS devices, evaluating electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance. Enhance and maintain automated test and characterization platforms for MEMS development. Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations on device performance. Plan, execute, and interpret experiments related to device physics, materials, and fabrication processes.Collaborate with domestic and international manufacturing and technology partners. Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams including systems, circuit design, and packaging. Contribute to technical projects and broader engineering initiatives across the organization.
Required Experience&Skills
MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline. PhD advantageous. Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience within MEMS, semiconductors, sensors, or related technologies. Strong experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.Solid understanding of MEMS fundamentals, mechanics, thermodynamics, and electrodynamics. Programming experience with MATLAB or Python, including automation of measurements or testing environments. Familiarity with finite element modelling/simulation tools is beneficial. Additional experience with PCB design and oscillator technologies is considered an advantage.
