About the Company WTS Energy is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Operations Officer Intern to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization’s growth by driving the digitalization of workflows, enhancing training programs, improving onboarding experiences, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.

About the Role The Operations Officer Intern will play a key role in supporting various operational functions and initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

Digitalization of Workflows Analyze existing operational workflows and implement digital solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.

Training Management Develop, coordinate, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skillsets. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.

Onboarding Experience Design and implement an engaging and seamless onboarding experience to foster a positive start for new hires, Contractors and ensure they integrate effectively into the company culture.

Health and Safety Protocols Manage compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Regularly review and update safety policies and conduct audits to maintain a safe workplace.

Operational Support Assist in the day-to-day operations by identifying areas for improvement, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Project Management Lead and participate in projects related to operational excellence and organizational initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Reporting and Documentation Create detailed reports and maintain accurate records for all operational activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled for a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role. Understanding workflow digitalization tools and software. Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus. Experience in training development and onboarding processes is a plus.
