About the role As a
Personal Advisor , you provide one-on-one attention throughout the customer journey. You understand quality, enjoy dressing people, and know how to create trust through thoughtful conversation, expertise, and presence. Your role is not only to sell, but to guide, advise, and build lasting relationships.
Who you are: Experience in retail, hospitality, or service Genuine interest in fashion, quality, and styling Confident, warm, and clear in your communication Comfortable offering personal attention and building trust with customers Flexible availability (evenings and weekends) Positive energy, professionalism, and a strong team mindset
What you’ll do: Welcome customers and guide them through a relaxed, high-quality styling experience Offer confident advice on fit, fabrics, construction, and personal style Build long-term customer relationships through genuine, consultative service Work towards personal and store sales goals in linewith the Pirloni experienceMaintain visual standards and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s aesthetic Support daily store operations and contribute to a calm, positive team culture
