About the Role As a Customer Team Intern / Working Student at Qooling, you will support our Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams in helping customers get the most value out of the Qooling platform. This is a broad and hands-on role where you will learn how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company works behind the scenes. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants and gain experience in customer communication, software onboarding, support processes, and operational improvements.You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to take ownership. A Day in the Life of a Customer Team Intern / Working Student Your day can vary from solving support questions and updating our knowledge base to supporting onboarding projects or assisting with updating our Qooling Academy. You might help analyze customer activity data, improve internal documentation, test new platform functionality, or help organize webinars and customer communications.Because we are a growing company, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and directly contribute to improving the customer experience.
Responsibilities Support customers by email and phone Assist Implementation consultants with their running projects Help improve internal documentation and knowledge base articles, including our Qooling Academy Analyze customer usage and activity data Test new platform features and provide feedbackHelp optimize internal processes within the customer team
What We’re Looking For Currently studying HBO or WO Strong communication skills in Dutch and English Interested in SaaS, Customer Success, or Technology Organized and detail-oriented Proactive mindset and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Available at least 24–40 hours per week
