As a #Bartender, you’ll be the face of the bar, working closely with your colleagues to deliver warm service, quality drinks, and great moments for our guests. We are looking for someonewho will use their imagination and be creative in the bar.

In this role, you will:

Create memorable guest experiences together with your team

Prepare and serve drinks, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate

Handle transactions using the Micros system

Open and close shifts

Manage stock and keep the bar organized and guest-ready

Work according to food safety and HACCP guidelines

Share your knowledge and enthusiasm with guests and colleagues

You:

Are excited to work in a new, large-scale hotel in The Hague

Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)

Enjoy working in a diverse and international team

A passion for hospitality and Food&Beverage

Bartending experience is a plus, but motivation and curiosity matter just as much

Knowledge of drinks (spirits, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea) or the eagerness to learn

Can work independently and take responsibility

Are guest-focused, energetic and solution-oriented

Are looking for a full-time role

Can provide two professional references
