You are part of Robin's engineering department, where you work on our flagship radars! Your strengths lie in root cause analysis in a structured manner, in order to further develop our radars and the way we work.
You are the technical conscience of the engineering department and the positive influences of your work reach beyond the engineering department, to the Robins at Service&Support, Production and Product Management.
Responsibilities
Your immediate impact will be directed at root-cause analysis and subsequently developing towards solutions;
The projects you will be involved in are mostly of mechanical nature (70%), and other work is electronical, certification impact, EMC;
You are the motor behind several sub-projects that are client specific solutions;
You check technical documents, guide the organization through technical adjustments to make sure everyone is on the same page;
You are in the lead to set up a technical manual for Service&Support;
You support junior engineers in their output and make sure that technical documents are technically sound.
You are a proactive force that identifies and implements better ways of working, by developing critical documentation, adapting our current processes, and improving our team’s established workflows.
Requirements
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical engineering environment;You have a Masters degree or higher in the field of engineering, mechanics or electronics;
You have experience with Solidworks or other CAD software;
You work in a structured manner with eye for details;
You communicate clearly and have the capacity to substantiate your choices;
Fluency in English, Dutch is considered a plus;
You live in The Netherlands at commuting distance to The Hague.
