SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Integration Specialist (Interim)

Location: Hybrid - Randstad area (1‑2 days on site) Hours: 32‑40 hours per week Contract: Interim / Freelance Start Date: ASAP About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support and strengthen an HR IT landscape within a complex enterprise environment. The primary focus of this role is on SAP ECC HCM and BIM‑related activities, followed by SuccessFactors Employee Central and supporting integration technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP HCM knowledge with experience in HR integrations and understands how to connect and optimize hybrid HR landscapes.Responsibilities

Support and maintain SAP ECC HCM environments and related HR processes Work on BIM‑related integration activities within the SAP HCM landscape Support integrations between SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Manage and optimize interfaces between SAP and external systems Translate business requirements into technical solutionsCollaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and technical delivery teams Support testing activities, UAT, and issue resolution Identify and resolve integration and data flow issues Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and integration processes Support SAP CPI and SAP BTP activities where applicableRequired Skills&Experience

Strong experience with SAP ECC HCM Experience with BIM within SAP HCM environments Proven experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Strong experience with integrations and interface management Experience with APIs and HR data flows Experience within complex enterprise environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to have

Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Experience with SAP HR Payroll Experience with migration projects involving SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Experience with testing and UAT activities EEO Statement
