Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a consultative partner to business leaders

Managing full lifecycle recruitment needs across all business units

Collaborate on workforce planning and succession strategies

Conduct intake meetings, define interview processes, and share talent market insights

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs

Own and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals

Enable hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate experiences

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.

Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.

Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)

Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.

Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
