Finance Manager Job Opening: Finance Manager Location: Den Helder (Netherlands) Fulltime: 40 hours OneCircle is a leading producer of lightweight, fully recyclable kegs (KeyKeg and UniKeg) for the global distribution of liquids, particularly in the beverage industry. About the Role As a medior-level Finance Manager, you will serve as a hands‑on leader responsible for day‑to‑day financial management and administration. You combine operational control with a long‑term vision and have the ambition and potential to grow into a senior leadership role. You will work closely with the CEO and management team, contributing insight, structure, and reliability to all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Leadership: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and administration team.
Financial Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and safeguard the financial risks of the organization.
Financial Administration: Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the financial administration.
Financial Policy Execution: Implement and monitor the financial policies of the organization.
Financial Reporting: Prepare clear periodic reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Responsibility for year‑end reports and for Tax and Intrastat declarations.
Cash Flow and P&L: Manage weekly cash flow reports and monthly P&L statements; analyse deviations and recommend actions.
Forecasting: Support and help lead the monthly forecast process to drive cost control and improve profitability.
Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure alignment of financial insights with operational needs.
Business Cases: Support the R&D and management teams in developing and accessing business cases and strategic opportunities.
Cost&Pricing Analysis: Collaborate with supply chain and sales on cost models, pricing updates, and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
Education: Completed financial or business economics degree at HBO level or higher.
Experience: Several years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or controlling within a technical or manufacturing environment.
Leadership Potential: Experience in coordinating tasks or teams, with the ambition to grow into a senior leadership role such as Financial Director.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvements in profitability and efficiency.
Communication: Excellent communication skills; able to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
International Mindset: Comfortable working in an international, informal environment and handling ad hoc interactions with management.
Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a strong advantage.
