Tendering Specialist, Den Helder

Do you enjoy turning complex requirements into clear, winning proposals? Our client is a global player within the maritime and port services sector, right now they are looking for a Tender Specialist who thrives on bringing structure, clarity into the bidding process.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial success: coordinating tenders, shaping compelling responses, and making sure our client presents their best work every time.

What you will be doing:

Leading and coordinating the end-to-end tender process

Translating client requirements into clear, well-structured proposals

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather the right input

Managing timelines, deadlines, and ensuring everything stays on track

Reviewing and improving tender content to keep it sharp and competitive

Keeping an eye on tender portals and identifying new opportunities

We would love to get connected if this sounds like you:

Over 3 years experience in tendering, bids, proposals, or a similar commercial role

Strong organizational skills, you like structure and clarity

A natural communicator who can align different stakeholders

Comfortable working with deadlines and juggling multiple priorities

Detail-oriented, but always keeping the bigger picture in mind

It is a plus if you bring:

Proactive mindset- You do not wait, and you move things forward

Strong interests in the offshore energy or maritime sector

Fluency in Dutch
