Your mission You act as the bridge between shopfloor insights, data, and commercial teams. Alongside core sales coordination responsibilities, you lead projects focused on Retail Execution Excellence and New Product Introductions (NPIs) across Europe.

Key responsibilities

Translate commercial needs into clear reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations

Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel

Support structured sales execution through accurate data, clear processes, and follow‑up

Ensure data quality and consistency across retail execution and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce)

Support sales teams with insights on assortment, availability, and in‑store performance

Identify gaps and opportunities in retail execution and drive follow‑up with local markets

Project focus: Retail Execution&NPI

Analyze dashboards and field sales data, translating insights into concrete actions to improve in‑store performance across Sales, Product Marketing, and Trade Marketing

Track and follow up on NPIs across European markets

Support countries in building accurate NPI forecasts based on historical data and trends

Drive continuous improvement in retail execution and launch performance

Your profile

Experience in sales coordination, commercial support, or sales operations

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a commercial mindset

Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented

Comfortable with MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

What we offer

A salary between€3,000 and €4,000 gross per month, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.

You will first receive an annual contract with a probation period of one month.

You are eligible for a 13th month and holiday allowance every year.

The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days for full‑time employment.

Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
