Junior Commercial Excellence Specialist– Promotions&Forecasting Helmond, Netherlands
Your mission You are a key link between data, systems, and commercial execution across Europe. You support local markets by coordinating sales operations, while leading EU projects focused on promotional effectiveness and demand forecasting. You ensure decisions are fact-based, commercially relevant, and well executed.
Key responsibilities
Translate commercial needs into clear reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations
Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
Support structured sales execution through accurate data, clear processes, and follow-up
Monitor pricing, availability, and backlogs, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Project focus: Promotions&Forecasting
Analyze promotional performance and identify uplift opportunities across markets
Advise countries on optimizing local promotion plans based on data insights
Translate promotional plans into accurate forecasts to support supply planning
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Your profile
Experience in sales coordination, commercial support, or sales operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
What we offer
A salary between€3.000 and €4.000 gross per month, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
You are eligible for a 13th month and holiday allowance every year.
The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
