Join OSW as a Procurement&Purchasing Coordinator At OSW, we help power the future of renewable energy.⚡ We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-loving, problem-solving Procurement Assistant to join our growing team and help keep our national operations running smoothly across warehouses, suppliers, logistics, and procurement systems.If spreadsheets, stock forecasting, supplier coordination, and supply chain optimisation make your brain happy… keep reading What you’ll be doing: • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels across Europe • Coordinating with Product Managers on national stock requirements • Creating purchase orders with local and international suppliers• Tracking shipments and keeping operations teams informed • Managing supplier documentation and procurement compliance • Working closely with Finance to coordinate invoices and payments • Coordinating interstate stock transfers between warehouses • Supporting procurement process improvements and supply chain optimisation• Collaborating with our IT team in China to improve procurement systems What we’re looking for: ✔ Strong organisational and time management skills ✔ Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment ✔ Great attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Procurement, purchasing, or supply chainexperience✔ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Degree in International Business or similar?
