Product Manager Merch– Print.com As Product Manager Merch you keep the assortment sharp and distinctive, ensuring books, mugs, pens, bags, drink bottles, and other merchandise remain attractive. You coordinate with product and sales teams, monitor product performance, analyze market trends, translate data insights into assortment improvements, and manage product information and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with various teams within the organization on product needs, opportunities, and improvements.

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Analyse market developments, competitor activity and price changes.

Translate data and insights into concrete improvements in the assortment.

Brainstorm with the product team on new products and smarter propositions.

Develop new products in our systems and ensure everything is set up correctly.

Keep product data and systems up to date and accurate.

Maintain contact with suppliers.

Speak with customers to clearly understand their needs and preferences.

Qualifications

HBO level education and analytical mindset.

Passion for print and an eye for high quality products that truly help customers.

Data‑driven orientation – enjoying analyzing and improving product performance.

Entrepreneurial and proactive stance, taking initiative and owning product outcomes.

Ability to switch easily between multiple systems.

High accuracy and structured work style.

Strong command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
