The Regional Support Engineer for the Deventer Office supports Trivium locations within the region and serves as the first point of IT contact for local user questions across both IT and OT-related matters. Primary tasks include providing support, assisting users, supporting business processes through IT, and delivering IT services in accordance with company policies and guidelines. The Regional IT Engineer also works actively with central infrastructure, application, and security teams as needed. In addition to regional responsibilities, the Regional IT Engineer will actively contribute to and advocate the Trivium Enterprise Architecture as well as Information Security Principles.Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT and OT services. Provide general IT support and serve as a single point of contact for multiple locations and users. Monitor and maintain computer systems. Act as a key contributor to ensure successful deployment of onsite IT projects.Troubleshoot problems and, as needed, coordinate or assist in remediation activities. Act as IT contact for communication between regional users or locations and other IT functions. Key Qualifications

Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and principles, including network topologies and technologies, servers, applications, and onsite setup. Broad knowledge of supporting Microsoft and its interconnection products, including Office 365, OneDrive, Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, Server 2012-2022, remote desktop, terminal server, and virtualization.Excellent knowledge in supporting hardware, including laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and printers. Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra-ID. Broad knowledge of technical best practices to plan and deploy new solutions. What We Offer

Relevant degree and excellent educational record. Relevant domain certifications. Educational background and experience in IT/OT, Security, and Solution Engineering in enterprise environments. Strong Dutch and English verbal and written presentation skills. Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and communication.Requirements management and development. A valid driver's license and ability to travel to all sites within the region when required. Experience

3+ years of relevant industry experience with a focus in manufacturing environments and systems is preferred. Experience working in an IT ticketing system such as Fresh Service or ServiceNow is preferred. Ability to work in a collaborative global team. Natural problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
